The Coalition Spring offensive has left a security vacuum within certain area of the Coalition territories. Federal backed CDF militia are looking to exploit this lack in security, to counter this Coalition planners have brought in Sierra Dynamics to contain any civilian uprising in the targeted areas and trace their origins.
Federal planner look to seed unrest and discontent via active measures in the Coalitions controlled territories.
