Grenade vendor???

Who is the vendor for CH4? Will they have R2Bs grenades, and if so can they be pre-ordered? (Northern Front ran out of them before I even showed up!). R2Bs grenades are on evike now, but hazmat shipping is pricey so I'd rather buy from a vendor on site if I knew they would have them.
