Can I wear a tan/CB softshell jacket with my multicam uniform?

Hello all,

 

I'm going to Reindeer Games for my first milsim event and playing on the UFS side. I will be wearing a multicam uniform. I want to bring a jacket for the cold weather. Does my jacket also have to be multicam or is tan (faction color) ok?
