I plan to wear woodland bottoms. Can I also wear a Foliage Green soft shell jacket? Or do I have to wear a matching woodland top?

 

Has to match faction based color, make it it's actually GREEN and not "Alpha Green" which is really ends up looking grey.

It's hard to see with the lighting that they use.  I always say that OD green is the base for CoST and PSA.  If it looks MUCH lighter then OD, then I would say no.  There are many pictures online that have the colors look different.  Typically items that are actually Foliage Green are not allowed. The photo you you linked to makes it look like it has a lot of grey in it to me.  I would encourage you to take a picture with good lighting of your jacket and post it up.  The reality is that I'm hesitant to say yes, because I've had plenty of people tell me it's a certain color, and we say yes, then they show up, and it looks like the opposing faction's color.
