I took a look at the uniform requirements for all the factions, however I didn't see anything that was friendly to various Russian kits (besides Multicam) 

 

Are any Russian pattern exceptions to the current approved patterns for any faction?

If you were to field a full squad we might be able to make an exception, but not for a few people.
