I got a fiancé coming but she isn't playing. I heard you have observers, are there limits on how many? Also is there a place she can stay cause she won't wanna walk around for hours.

There's usually camping on the AO, near the staging area. I'm pretty sure it goes into detail in the Ruleset.

I saw press pass tickets but nothing about observers

If she wants to get off site to go do some things there is a Casino near by, and the town of Miami isn't far off either.  

As for being in the field, AMS may require a press pass, and at the very least she will need to have a waiver on file for both the location and for AMS, as well as necessary safety equipment on before ever stepping foot into the AO.

She'd need to purchase a press pass to be on the Active AO.
