Camping will be available on site, if you want to stay in a hotel, you just choose whatever you would like.

When on Thursday night? Like, 2300 Thursday night, or 0300 on Friday morning? Ill get with Rick and find out if thats doable. Some of that kind of stuff may be dictated by the facility.

We are looking at about 2100 Thursday night if we can't we will just camp in the desert for the night.

Does anyone have details on the camping area? Is it first come, first serve kind of thing? Is it dirt or a parking lot? Camp fires allowed? Is it secured so we can leave tents up during game play or do we need to break down camp each day and set up again at night? How close is it to the AO?

Check the map from last year in the Copperhead archive it will be in the same place..  Most people leave their tents up all weekend.  It will be close to the AO, but the AO is big, so depending on where you are it might be a ways.  It is dirt, but there are rocks on the ground, check when setting up your tent.

Looks like camping will open on Thursday at 8am, so you should be good to go if you get there on thursday night.
