Gear

- helmet

-vest or chest rig with at least room for 6 midcaps, radio pouch, hydration carrier or bottle pouch ,dump pouch and a medium GP type pouch is handy

-gloves, mechanix vents are amazing

- faction uniform with faction color under armor  t-shirt underneath (green/tan).

-eyepro and mesh face

-small assault style pack for a ''FOB bag''

-holster

- IFAK boo boo kit

-boots+ 3 pair of socks in ziploc

-SMALL TRASH BAGS, for policing your trash, help the land and the staff, just remember SOMEONE will have to clean up.

Coms

-baofeng uv-5r

-nagoya upgrade antenna

-hand or head set of some kind

-extended battery

-freq. chart for channels

Guns

- main gun

-sidearm with at least 2 spare mags so 3 total as it is a last option gun not a primary so dont give yourself more stuff to keep track of

-10 midcaps 130 rds+ is best

-odin or SL14 speed loader

-gas with adapter or co2 shells

-3 aeg batteries

-smart charger and field voltage monitor

that is a good light base but the rest is personal liking. main thing is don't rely on MRE for food, Don't drink gatorade use water and a propel packet once in a while as it will help you retain water, don't bring your whole gun collection, and remember dont want to carry it don't bring it, pack like you will have to ruck it because chances are you will, and finally don't put all your eggs in one basket aka don't throw all of your ammo, batteries, and water into your FOB bag because if you lose it your done, until you find it or walk back to vendor lane and buy more.

other than that for AMS this is a great video to reference .

You are welcome.

But in the future don't quote a large post as it makes it hard for mobile users and makes threads needlessly long, Use @ user name  ,but I know who you are talking too anyways  ;)

good luck building your event kit!.
