CDF Camo Question

For the CDF uniform, it states as such...

 

"CDF: Civilian Defense - TOP AND BOTTOM CAN'T MATCH. Top may be Grey, Black or Civilian Attire (Preferred non-combat top). Bottom may be Green / Tan (Solid or Camo) or Civilian Attire. TAC Gear color DOES NOT MATTER."

 

Now then, does this mean we can have a camo top or not? I have an urban camo top that I would like to pair with OD green bottoms, is this allowed or do I need to find something else?

Well going by what this says I'd say no. It's seems pretty specific in stating "grey, black, or civilian attire." Urban Camo isn't any of those.

The spirit is that the top is not Green or Tan camo.  If were reffering to a white or blue camo top, I'll allow that.  I just don't want people showing up with a tan or green top, saying it's civilan.  The Black and Grey was put in there to give people the option of a combat shirt, but not in a faction color.

Is CDF Headgear supposed to be Black/Grey/Civlian as well?

Yes, not faction (Cost/UFS) colors.
