Is the rule set going to get updated for when this conversion kit drops for bolt actions? I would assume the fps limit would be under 400 fps with .32s.

New 2016 rule-set is pending review and "should" be released prior to OBH5.

We are looking at moving to a  Joules only system in the near future.
