I feel this map is pretty informative other than the trailers to the west being  marked out.  I just received the updated map for camping and should give clarity to some of your questions.  It will be updated tomorrow.  Thank you.

Roofs are off limits do the fact that there are no walls around them.  They are just flat roofs.

That is the subway and is actually above ground but will not be in play for the normal game.
