Mid to High end battle belt Setups?

Recommended Posts

So in on my my recent posts i had asked what would be more effecftive on the field,Comm Setup or first line and i got my Comms in today and realized i still had a ton of money left to get a first line setup.Ive been looking at the options from First spear,HSGI and Crye,My question is,Are there any more battle belts out there and what pouch setup would you recommend for a "agreesive SAW gunfighter"? Type persona as myself.

Thanks for giving a read,

 Godspeed

I see it as personal preference, I'm also not a support gunner, just an A gunner because of poorness. When I actually ran a first line, I had a HSGI hand-me-down, but now I only run a dump pouch on a belt. But if you have some extra money to spend on gear, I can take it off your hands.

I'd second the HSGI belt, but really it depends on what and how much you want to run. Do you want subloads? If so, you'll need to look at belts that can integrate with them well. If you want to run a lot of weight, you'll also probably want to look into stiffer options with suspenders to support the weight.

That being said, the HSGI ones are the most comfy I've worn, and hold their position on the hips pretty well, even when unsupported by suspenders.

Hard to beat the HSGI Suregrip belt (will be selling one at D14's Swap Meet) the others I'd look at would be the CRYE and LBX  MRB.
