Iv never played with and AEG in the rain how is this going to effect my gun

You'll be fine.  There's really nothing to hurt.  Make sure you give it a good wipe down when you get home after the game and punch the bore a few times with a dry patch.

Like Downs said. Just open it up and dry it out a bit once you get home. There are videos out there of AEG's shooting completely submerged underwater (for a bit.) A little rain shouldn't do anything to it.

Run a GBBR.

I would remove any clone red dot sights if you run one.  They are known for not having the tightest seals.  If water gets inside the sight it can ruin it.

A tube of black RTV can make anything waterproof lol

Sights Flashlights, and anything with an O ring and a cap, somewhat wrap a waterproof clear plastic around the vulnerable areas (Might also consider the lens) and Rubber Band it down.

 

Sandwich plastic bags are commonly used, but not recommended considering they fog if placed over lenses
