Oppenheimer Airsoft Competition Shooting Course at Broken Home 2015

Hello Everyone,

 

Oppenheimer Airsoft will be setting up a competition shooting course at Broken Home this year. We will be giving away a H&K 416C AEG by Elite Force to the person with the fastest time completing the course.

 

Each person registered to play at Broken home will have an opportunity to run the course once for free. The best time will be recorded on a Dry erase board with the person's name as the leader and you can try to beat them. Additional runs will be for a very nominal fee of @ $3.00 or less to help cover the cost of clay pigeons and materials.

 

The course must be completed fully to establish your time meaning all targets must be engaged or destroyed. No ammo limit! Semi only. Must use a rifle and pistol to complete the course. We will start your clock and stop the clock when you have finished the course.

A little update as to some ideas we've been spit balling.

 

There will be a house gun (modified by us for the competition if requested). 

 Some rules for this though.

- It may only be used on your first run.

- It must be used with only one mag 120rds of .32 bio Milsim Max bbs from Elite Force.

- You cannot put your optics and bling on it or modify it in anyway.

- If it goes down over the weekend for whatever reason, it will not be brought back out for use. (let's face it murphy works harder than all of us put together.)

 

Also your gun must pass the AMS chrono / tech check in before being allowed as legal.

You must have a pistol to complete the course.

 

If you think you have game this course will challenge you. I promise it will test your speed, accuracy, breathing control, and weak hand shooting.

The course will require the use of strong hand and weak hand shooting. You will run the course with your first and second line gear. Pistols are required to be drawn from holsters for the large course. There will be some activities to raise your heart rate and challenge your target identification skills.

As of the course will be run Thursday afternoon and Friday after each player has completed their check in until dark. That way we know who is eligible for the free run. The course will be close to the chrono area. The course will not interfere with the games over the weekend. Prizes will be awarded on Sunday during raffle. If the event staff allow longer operation, we will run until told to secure. Have fun and cheer your fellow man on. The only times recorded will be the 3 fastest times posted with their names. In unlikely event of a tie, a shoot off will be held to confirm the victor.
