MAG brand magazines feed well in ICS. They have both metal and plastic magazines. The plastic ones are actually more durable. If you get the metal ones make sure you loctite the screw at the bottom before you field them. Do NOT over tighten it though. Free advice.

They do not look like Pmags. They are extremely durable.

I can atest to MAG mags I have literally drove them over on cement with a heavy van and it still work great today. same for their plum ak74 mags hard to find but  I love them

Never used my pistol but I always max out my primary limit better to have it and not need it then need it and get shot in the face.

G & G Combat Machines seem to be pretty good entry level guns for what you're describing (Someone please correct me if I am wrong). I got my two younger brothers into the sport and they started off with CMs and those guns seemed to preform really well.
