Refunds?

Just curious, i am no longer able to attend BH3 and was wondering how the ticket refund works, will you guys just keep my name on file or does it work some other way? Do i even get a refund? The refund policy says my refund will be my ticket price towards any other AMS event I believe. Just curious.

Talk to The JP - I had this happen one year with my kid getting grounded a week before the game , and his momma grounded him - They let me carry it over to another game, They are cool about it, kind of like store credit bud.  But talk to JP he will square you away.

Our refund policy is ALWAYS listed on the ticketing purchase page. I encourage you to always READ everything when purchasing a good or service from any vendor.

What is the refund policy?

All Slot purchases or reservation deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!

If a player is unable to attend the event they will be ONLY credited their ticket price to any future AMS event within the same calendar year.

American MilSim only offers full event refunds to Military/LE personnel in the event they are called for deployment/training. Players seeking a refund will be required to provide their Federal/State issued Military or LE identification.

 

*Our troops always come first! Event time and date is subject to change for Military requirements. In case of time/date change event(s) will be rescheduled.

Always an interesting premise, but then we get into ticket scalping now don't we haha. Probably not the best options.

I like the way they do it... IE - Once you do 1 AMS event - you always want to do another. And if you got Mama issues and saying we need to budget everything.... The wife can hardly say no to an event that is already paid for right... right that's a savings at that point lol

I've always been under the impression that it's only scalping if you're making a profit.

 

It's no skin off of my back though.  Either way, I'll be there shooting CoST scum.
