ESR-19-2 Event Patches

ESR19-2 event patches were due to be delivered Friday the 28th no later than 4:30 CST. But because of extreme weather was delayed till Monday.

 

We will be mailing out event patches to all registered player. These patches will be sent to the TICKET PURCHASER. So if you had your buddy paid for your ticket he is going to get your patch.

 

Because of the winter storm, these probably will not ship out until this weekend or early next week. If you have not received your patch with in a three week period PLEASE contact us.

 

We apologize for not having the patches on site but it was a delay beyond our control.

 

I personally had a great time despite the Sunday weather and want to thank all of you for your continued support!

There are only T-shirts are Broken Home, but we record shirt size every event "in case" and event sponsor wants to do a run.

I have mailed out roughly 1/2 of the ESR19-2 patches.

 

I hope to have the other 1/2 out by this weekend, I appreciate your guys patiences.

Ran out of our DYMO shipping labels and stamps Saturday and of course no office supply store had them in stock, so I had to order them.

 

Bunch of patches went out over the weekend roughly 150 left to ship and will begin again as soon as the labels and stamps show up.

It depends on geographic location, most of the larger teams have had theirs mailed out already. Now I am doing the individuals.
