I got mine from the name of the first black diamond downhill MTB trail I rode. Consequently I had a huge wreck about halfway through. So now every time someone calls me by my callsign I remember how bad it was. Kinda funny when you think about it.

i got my call-sign from my old job. i was tech support for sprint and was on a call too long with an older lady and my manager had to take over the call as standard SOP. he came back into my office laughing saying that the older lady thought i sounded younger and she would defiantly be a cougar for me, so over time my nickname at work and call-sign became Cougar

I got mine at boot camp. I had a dream that a guy dressed as a giant taco jumped out of the bushes and asked me if I wanted a taco. Of course I said "hell yeah I want a taco, Taco Man!" Apparently I talk in my sleep since the guys on fire watch heard me and they gave me the nickname that stuck through boot and SOI and carried over to pretty much everything once people heard the story

On my old team I was known for being able to spot enemies with the naked eye from uncommon distances and was able to call out their locations very specifically from far away. So they started saying I had eyes like a hawk and that is where I got my nickname HAWK from. And it stuck on my newest team I am on today.

I got my call sign hawk eye. So I got this call sine when I went to the gun range at the age of 8, my dad just got back from his parents and brought back my grandpas lever action 30/30. At this time I only shot a .38 revolver so the rifle was new. So after watching my dad shoot the gun he gave me a chance to shoot, well just using the iron sights I was getting the shots in the center and the second rung from the center from 75 yards. Well the guys next to us saw this and was amazed and one of them called me Hawk eye and since then it has stuck, and I really like it so I adopted it into my call sign for airsoft.

I had several to choose from, including the energizer bunny (I got that from 10 straight days of remodeling a house and still moving fast), the other guy, (don't ask ) and my real name, Hunter. I chose Junior because that is what they call me on the framing crew I work on, seein' how I'm the youngest. Anyway I look up when people say it so I figured it would be the best.

Well was given my call sign during an Op where I decided against outflanking our opposition and went straight for the throat tactic that paid off so the guys started calling me "Spartan" and eventually was changed to Spartan 1.

It's a nickname and a forum name I've had for a long time.  Let's just say it was a good plant color in my younger days.

In 1986, on a dare, I decided to run for senior class president on an anti-everything platform at my high school in south Florida. Used the circle A and the slogan Danarchy Now! on my campaign materials and played Dead Kennedys on a boombox when campaigning (remember boomboxes?) and promised to host lots of keg parties if elected.  I won, kept my campaign promises (best.politician.evar), almost didn't graduate and now have the obligations to host class reunions until I die.

When the Internet was invented, or at least I learned how to use it, I went back to using Danarchy as a screen name. And I've been around long enough to where that is my PSN name.

I got mine from the Cajun word for werewolf..In the Cajun legends, the creature is said to prowl the swamps around Acadiana and Greater New Orleans, and possibly the fields or forests of the regions. The rougarou most often is described as a creature with a human body and the head of a wolf or dog, similar to the werewolf legend. Being that I mostly play a DMR or Sniper variant Role, figured it would suit me well.

Red 2 comes from a couple of things...

1. Wedge Antilles in episode 4 had this callsign on the Death Star run. He was the only redshirt to get out of that alive.

2. Marvel comic book character Deadpool had the nickname "Red" whilst working with Cable, "Blue".

It usually gets diluted down to "Red" anyhows. Oh, well.

Fuse

Shortly after I started playing I bought a cyma ak74 that for whatever reason kept blowing fuses.....so that gun plus my hot head earned me that callsign

Kalishnikova, long story short, it's my own twist on a name my team mates gave me. AK, as in AK47, stands for Autovmat Kalishnikov, so here I am.

I earned this after a friend tossed me his AK after my gun went down, and went on to kill six people and win the game with it. My friends call it "Russian Style" now.

I picked my own call sign.

At Op Pine Plains (Fort Drum MOUT, I'm known as "Klinger").

My story was almost really dangerous, but luckily, nothing happened.

I was running around in the woods in a deathmatch with my team when I came to this ridge. I had two teammates with me. I tried to slide down it when I pitched forward and was sent head-first towards the rocks at the bottom. I got my hands out just in time to break the fall, but it looked really bad from up above, to quote my teammates. I was totally fine, my hands didn't even hurt.

Yeah... So I became Ridge from that point forwards.

My wife gave me the call sign Grizzly, it came from a dog she had when she was younger. It was a small dog but very protective over her, it had even beaten up a dalmation at one time. And BC I'm a very protective husband/father it reminded her off her dog. I've loved the name since it fits me well, I'm 6ft fluffy and hairy so grizzly fits. Lol

I got my call sign from the guys I work with. I got in a bad accident one time and walked away unhurt. Put up with a month of guys "crashing" into me as they walked by me and the name just kind of stuck.
