JP, When will the AMS staff be packing up for the day on friday? my team and I are traveling from STL and will be on site no later than 5pm (Pending traffic). Will there still be staff to get us checked in and settled into the school?

my advice. get there asap and first thing you do, register and chrono before anything else. sucks trying to do it on the saturday

I'll be getting there around 2030 to 2100 Friday night and were staying in altus. I was just wondering if chrono will be open or if we should just head to the hotel Friday and do chrono. Just trying to figure out the best way to get things done.

Registration and Chrono will shut down friday at sunset.  Opens again saturday morning at 7am
