Are psa and cost allied or not from the way it sounds they seem less like allies and more like they have a common enemy?

Hey im from Sacramento, (also in CA for those who dont know) this may not be the right place to say this but any plans for ams to have more games on the west coast (im assuming this is why the psa was introduced) there are some good ao's out here like the high desert down south or hill 559 in clovis maybe mare island or somthing up north in the woods?
