This is posted under the topic:"AMS Rules and Regulations." They seem pretty specific on what is or is not allowed for each faction.
1- If it looks like Ranger Green then you should be ok. Just remember it's AMS's and Game Control's perspective on it if they look the same, not you and me.
2- Russian camo is NOT on the allowed list for COST. Unfortunately OD green is not as well. OD Green is allowed for the PSA faction, but that faction is not being used for IC3.
Usually some exceptions are made for specifically outer rainwear or cold weather outer layers only. They either must be the faction specific allowed camo or it can be a solid color denoting the faction: ex. Solid Green for COST, Tan for UFS, Black or grey for Sierra Dynamics.

1) Since Magpul came out, the color OD Green is drastically different than the WWII OliveDrab I grew up with. Now what about my green BDU's...? Back in the old days we called them OD Green, but Ive not seen a 'Ranger' green BDU...? Do I need a Pantone color chart or should I be GTG?

2) Forgive me, I assumed my Gorka would fall under 'BDU type' uniform. And since its all green, I assumed it would fall under the 'green' category. I thought all I had to worry about was the shade of green...

Thank you again!

You bring up a valid point about solid green and the different interpretations of what a tone or hue of green properly denotes the title it's given. Because this is subject to interpretation, I will wait for and AMS staff number to clarify that part for you.

When applying for Ironhorse, it says od green. But then the new Ironclad uniform change says Ranger Green. Thats where I got concerned my uniforms may not work. Im probably concerned over nothing, but shot the question out there in case. Thanks again for your time! Looking forward to IronHorse2

I have read ams rules but it seems that of green and ranger green are now looking alike and was just wondering about if I could use my flight suit I have seen another's playing in them but I know things changed this year just wondering if the sage green flight suit which is the only green that the have for flight suitsgreen flight suit
The safe answer is.... No. Ranger green =/= sage green.
A "Hi speed Low drag" setup.
Which for me is more like "Slightly Above Average speed, Slightly Less drag"

OCP is Multicam/ Multicam is OCP. It's the same thing as far as the Army is concerned, and it's the same thing as far as AMS is concerned.
Thank you so much Alex!!

Green flight suit is good to go as well, as long as solid/od/ranger green is listed on the uniform requirements.
My job is to clarify and enforce policy, not to make policy.
