Should not hurt the mid cap users that much but it is really going to hurt the real-cap users. Im used to running 12 mags as a rifleman but honestly I rarely use more than the 7 before haveing to go back anyway. Its just those sometimes moments that will just make me want to bring a sidearm even more now.

Is the 7 mag limit including 1 in the gun for a total of 8? Or 1 in the gun and 6 on your person?

I also thought they were stepping back on that and sticking with ammo limitations rather than limiting mag count. (Though I know that's more difficult for admins to keep track of on the player.)

I ran seven mags at ESR and BH and did not have any issues with running out of ammo. Yes, you will need to practice good trigger discipline and have good communication at the squad and platoon level to really make this work, but for me at least that was a bonus. Just remember there will be a learning curve for the players as well as the AMS staff, things will get tweaked until they get it to where they want it. Mag limit is only a small part of the new game mechanics implemented this year.

while reading through the ruleset, I noticed that under the DMR, rifleman, and bolt action specific rules it said 7 mags max; however under the Magazines section of the ruleset it says: " Rifleman/DMR/Sniper are allowed an unlimited number of mags with a maximum of 1500 rounds loaded."

which one is correct? am I allowed only 7 mags or can I have more as long as i follow the ammo restrictions? If it is 7, does the ammo limit include sidearm magazines?
