Ok so everyone who has the cyma rpk knows how hard it is to change the batteries behind the kick plate. So I'm going to get some batteries and mount them on the side of the butt of the gun and have a toggle switch between them. My question is, has anyone done this? Is it reliable? And what would be the best batteries for it?

Hey Spartan.  I have been using the cyma rpk stock for a while,  and yeah, the butt plate is a pain in the butt.  Honestly, I removed the butt plate completely and electrical taped two 9.6V butterfly batteries to the stock (one on each side) with the connectors facing the end of the gun.  Now, I can just switch from one to the other with relative ease.  It doesn't look the least bit tactical  but it gets the job done.  As for your idea, I can't really give you any advice because I have never tried doing that before.  Good luck though!
