Questions regarding non-players

Recommended Posts

A friend of our team is planning on coming with to take photographs and get video of the event. Is this alright? What are the rules on this? She's pretty hardcore so she'd be fine with sleeping out on the field with the rest of the players. We just wanted to check to make sure it'd be okay.

This should not be a problem, but she will need to be clearly marked as a non-combatant with orange / yellow or red clothing. She will also have to fill out all release forms and attend the safety briefing like any other player.

To add to this question, what kind of registration fee would be needed to bring a "combat journalist"?

If they will not be "playing" and only filming taking pictures there is no fee, they must still register at check in and sign a release and go through our safety briefing.
