  2. This is just a pre-deployment roster. The broken things should be fixed when the official roster is released. Give them time guys.
  3. If the ruleset doesn't mention them, then i wouldn't think so. However, if you want to see about getting it approved, you can bring a sample to the AMS crew and show them how it works so they can make a determination as to whether or not they will allow it.
  4. Per the rules, but Alex will give you more info should you require!: EXPLOSIVE DEVICES, IED, ROCKETS AND SMOKE ** RED SMOKE IS RESERVED FOR AMS STAFF ONLY ** A. OUTSIDE All simulated explosives used I.E. Tornado grenade must detonate and cause a BB strike to eliminate a player. B. INSIDE All simulated explosives used must simply detonate within 15 feet to eliminate a player. A BB strike is NOT needed inside. “Inside†is defined as having four (4) walls and does not have to have overhead cover. C. All player grenades must be thrown under arm, this is to prevent injury. D. Any Pneumatic/Gas grenades that require CO2 or Green Gas/Propane are allowed. E. Please see below list for approved pyro grenades. F. Rockets fired by a HWS will have a 15ft kill radius from initial impact. G. Rockets fired by a HWS are only effective on structures if they hit INSIDE the structure itself. H. Rockets fired by a HWS effectively disable all Vehicles but does not kill its occupants unless impacted inside the cab. I. Players may use any “name brand†airsoft grenade (Escort, AI, etc...). No modified grenades are allowed. J. Ricochets from player thrown grenades is treated as fragmentation and will count as a hit. K. Thunder B's will be counted as a "grenade" when used as a suicide device with a lethal kill radius of 15 feet (must detonate). L. Suicide vests have a lethal radius of 12 feet and are triggered by the player simply displaying the device. M. Any suicide device must be TRIGGERED prior to being shot or captured for search. N. No explosives, open flame or hot burning smoke will be allowed for fire hazard/safety reasons. O. Smoke may not be used inside of buildings. P. No blank firing devices. APPROVED PYRO GRENADES This section is based on our experiences with pyro devices. If you have a device that you would like approved, AMS staff needs to physically see the device perform in order to approve it. Please contact AMS to arrange this. Quick question though, do you think you guys could expand on those pyro devices in the ruleset as to what is okay/not okay to engage with the peckers, archangels, reapers, pea grenades, etc.? (if this is already listed somewhere else in the ruleset, I apologize....it's kinda late)

Some examples of a DMR are - M16, SR-25, PSG-1, M14/M21, G36, AUG, G3-SG3, Dragunov (SVD) etc... Bolt action rifles may also function as a DMR as long as they adhere to the Max FPS. A. Designated Marksman Rifle (DMR) may ONLY operate SEMI-AUTO mode, and must be physically incapable of firing in full-auto. B. 450 fps max @ 6mm x .20g, 345 fps max @ 8mm x .34g for AEG/GBBR C. 355 FPS max (1.88 J) for 6mm x .32g for High Pressure Gas Weapons (Classics, PolarStars). D. Limit ONE (1) DMR per squad (or otherwise stated). E. Weapons using an external gas source must have a locked regulator to prevent field adjustment. F. Operators of a DMR are required to carry either a standard AEG or sidearm to engage targets within the minimum engagement distances. G. Mid or Real Cap Magazines only. H. Minimum engagement distance of 60 feet. I. Carbine rifles do not qualify for DMR This is in the rules section. So no. Running a m4 (standard) is not going to qual your gun into the DMR category.

However, you can still use your rifle as a rifleman as long as you meet the bps and fps if i'm not mistaken.
  10. I would also like to know if the pecker rounds are legal, since they aren't pyro at all. If so, would we be allowed to engage vehicles with them?
  11. Hey guys! The Eagles had a blast! I don't have much for the AAR, but here goes: Saturday We were tasked with taking building 6....easier said than done. Met fierce resistance, especially from snipers COST had positioned in the pipeline area. After a quick beating, we were able to regain our momentum and secure the building. Most of that day, for us, consisted of fighting to keep COST out...again easier said than done. Sunday Seeing how badly that 3rd floor of building four kicked our ass under COST control, I took my squad up there and pretty much had my guys pull security on that 3rd floor for 3 hours straight (kudos to my non Eagle squad-mates in 2-2 for putting up with the shittiest job there is, pulling security, and not complaining at all! happy squad leader here. ). During that 3 hours, we were under constant siege for about 2.5 hours from the east and south (our FOB was to the south so this made us wonder how badly we were getting wrecked outside). After that final half hour, the raging beast that was COST took two squads and blew through the south door...managing to eliminate most of my guys through numbers and sheer rebel ferocity. Ended up running out of ammo and battery myself just trying to hold them off. Best firefight I've been in in a very long time. COST You guys. You're awesome! I have seen you guys absolutely crush our federal behinds or make us really, really work for the very slight win in all of the six events myself and the Eagles have attended. You guys always seem to give 110% and it shows. It also gives us some amazing firefights and good times and....well frustration at some points XD. Let me tell you, we had to WORK for the win. Great job guys! UFS We came, we saw, we got slapped down, got back up and conquered. Wouldn't expect any less from you guys. Been fighting alongside a good deal of you guys for a while now and I gotta say, I see improvement every time! You guys rock! AMS As per the usual, haven't been to an AMS event yet that failed to disappoint! We sincerely appreciate all the hard work you guys put in, especially when listening to feedback and coming up with some even better ideas! (Loved the War Crimes idea!) I'm definitely looking forward to the 2015 lineup and getting that 7th star! The Eagles shall return! -Legion
