Teammate lost a green backpack with jerkey and snack bars and a few other odds and ends in it. Last know whereabouts was the PSA FOB or the Market Place Patrol base. Also had another team members lose a small straight mp5 magazine.

Yep, DH is running as PSA. Be sure to sign up for the PSA facebook group if you have not done so.

Same issue here. I submitted my checklist, insurance, and photos to command and got approval only to circle back to the registration page and find the PSA technical passes sold out. I ran the mix up on up through my command chain and the CO is looking into it.
