  7. So I guess i'll say something in regards to your AAR, as a former paintballer many many moons ago I can say comparing the sports to eachother is something you can't do in regards to milsim they just are not comparable. - In regards to the schedule it was posted on a white board in the registration tent so this is more on you than the AMS staff. - In regards to the long Chrono line you have to understand that one when you come on Saturday (I know you said you had work but thats just how it is on Saturdays) you will have to fight the masses because alot of people come in on Saturday. In regards to the staff trying ot help people with their guns they are trying ot make sure everyone gets on the field to have a good time so this is a plus for me in how far the staff will go to ensure it's players are well taken care of. - In regards to the safety glasses it was a demonstration of what not to do and with a lot of new players it's to ensure safety, safety, and did i mention safety. To me at this point I see you more picking at things rather than settling in. - I can relate to how frustrating it can be holding down a position at your first AMS event, I had to do something similar at Broken Home 3 but I also understood that it was part of the overall mission and did my part and soon we got into some pretty awesome fire fights. - What you could have done is mention to your leadership that hey we want som eof the action and have been on the defenseive part and the staff and leadership are pretty reasonable in doing so, this is simply just speaking up. - In regards to people yelling and everything else.....well this is Milsim and it happens on both sides and it's just us being passionate about Milsim. Trust me and T-Rex got into a yelling match at one point over a control point than after the game we shook hands compared beards and all was good. All in all these are just my opinions and i'm a straight shooter and tell it how it is but it seems more like you were nitpicking rather than getting into Milsim like most of us do. too bad you left Saturday because Sunday was a lot more intensity on both sides and it was one hell of a fight. And so you know your efforts did not go unnoticed CoST's defense on the hill was a nail in the coffen fo UFS and though we fought hard you guys held that hill and kept control of the battlefield so my hat is off to you and to CoST good fight boys. Just seems you should have spoken up rather than taken your ball and went home. For my AAR: Friday- Great communication in regards to breifing time, as well as the staff being very helpful throughout the entire process. Saturday- I can't say enough about how well the AMS staff put together this OP with the FRAGOS and missions coming all throughout the two days of play. One of two complaints I had was the fence running through the part of our FOB that made for an excellent choke point by CoST but UFS is to blame there for allowing them to get that close so really thi sis on the players more than the staff. My second complaint is in regards to how many players left after Saturday look Real life happens lke work, and getting food poisoning which happened with some guys form my Company but I was told they would be out. It sucked having to look at some Squads and Companies barely misison capable in regards ot peple leaving. Look it was a tough fight for UFS but staying in the fight and never quitting is what Milsim is all about as well as this is where you eanr the respect from your comrades as well as CoST. The FRAGOS: these were awesome challenging and made one think on how to complete them without weakening the densive or offensive line. Overall this was a challenging AO, I know everyone of my guys who went were digging thorns out all week, There were issues on both sides but thats the name of the game and it happens. My hat is off to CoST you brought the fight to us and earned it and I hope we made you guys fight for it and it's an honor fighting wiht you all. Overall AMS great job in throwing yet another awesome OP and loking forward to 2015 and again thank you to Stinger for allowing us to rock this amazing AO, looking forward to RDG XIV.

  9. What if you took some tape duct tape or masking tape(masking tape seems to be more subdued) and put it on the back of the Velcro sticky side. Don't cut the Velcro into a patch size but doing Squares so one it's cost effecting and two it doesn't take much room on the area needed to be used. Large enough to serve it's purpose and small enough to not give you away. The tape on the sticky side of the duct tape does work because I have done this before so it is a method that does work. Another option is I have a patch maker here locally that can make patches the size of the Stars patches we receiver when attending an event. From my understanding they are really cheap to make and the cost is very small per patch, i'll look into how much she would charge when she gets back form visiting family out of town. Below is a picture as to the size of the patch and we can have a specific design added as well as different colors.
