That would be a negative ghost rider. One reason that an m4 with just a suppressor is not a DMR is because a DMR needs to be easily identified. Since this gun can not be easily identified as a DMR it would just cause confusion and possibly frustration. When having to highly modify something to fit into the rules, or using a loophole in the rules to justify the exception, it is a good indication that it is a no go. Hope this helps.

AMS provides a fill station that you can purchase a fill pass for. But it is not staffed all the time so you get with them at registration to find out availability.

Per AMS Alex. Yes, you can re-load at your FOB from your own stash. There is no round count, only the number of magazines. They can not be winding magazines, but if you want to run 180 round midcap mags instead of 120, that is fine. 7 including the one in the gun.
