  1. I personally don't CCW because I, 1. Live in the worst U.S. state (New Jersey, basically communist China), and it is impossible to get a permit, and 2. Legally too young anyway. If I did I'd probably carry a Kimber .45 1911 or a S&W M&P .40 . I'd rather shoot a .45 or .40 with a lot of stopping power than carry a small power 9mm and have a lot of rounds in the magazine. If I did have to carry a 9mm it'd be a Glock 19.
  2. Oh sorry my bad, I meant for that to be to TheJP
  3. I have shot a few pistols and I've loved Glocks. I recommend the S&W Bodyguard 380 if you're looking for a very small handgun. If you're looking for a comfortable size pistol, I very much recommend the Glock 19, it's a compact size 9mm. Just remember overall, the smaller your pistol, like a sub-compact, the more difficult it will be to be accurate because the distance between your rear and front sights is smaller.
  4. Thanks everyone, I didn't expect to get this many responses. Also, why are knives frowned upon at Ops? Do they think you'll go all Rambo on them cause you've got a knife? lol. If I were to bring a knife, it'd be for cutting basically. I'd probably be fine with my multi-tool since it has so many things on it.
  5. I was debating over including my Benchmade knife and Gerber Diesel in my setup / loadout. It is not that fact that they're somewhat expensive, but rather that they are so wonderful I wouldn't want to lose them. Do you thing that they could be easily dropped or lost when in sheathes while in an Operation or even a general game? I may just bring my Gerber Gator instead of anything high end like Benchmade. What is your take?
  6. Hey everyone, I'm kind of a greenhorn when it comes to MilSim. I own a G&P Magpul M4 & some other guns, and I'm also looking to purchase some gear. You may see me in a few different threads soon trying to be involved and learning the ropes. Here is a little background of myself, but I want to keep this short and sweet. I am from Southern NJ and will be hopefully moving to PA soon before I finish HS. I am a youngster and I don't feel comfortable giving you my age, but I am a teenager. I'm joining the USMC when I turn 18. I love trucks, guns, the south, and country living. I am like a fish out of water here in NJ :/ Well it is nice to meet you all and hopefully you'll see me around. All tips and mentors are much appreciated. See ya! P.S. The photo attached is my desired loadout.
